Field Service Engineer
This is a site-based technical role that requires the successful candidate to provide hardware support across a range of customer locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing computing equipment, ensuring high-quality technical outcomes and strong customer satisfaction.
About the Role
The field service engineer will be working in an on-site environment, interacting with customers, and resolving technical issues. This role requires strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, as well as accurate record-keeping skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Full disassembly and repair of notebooks, tablets, desktops, and workstations
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities with a detail-oriented approach
* Accurate record-keeping skills and ability to follow established procedures
* Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication
Requirements
* Qualification in Information Technology, Networking, or Computer Systems
