About the Role
Yalagan Group are seeking experienced and highly professional Welders to begin work on a Shutdown / Installation Project located at Anderson Point in Port Headland, Western Australia.
About You: A desirable candidate for this project will have a long professional history of working in the construction space, with pre-assembly, installation and construction experience.
With a predicted 2 in 1 roster this project will begin Late August and run through to early October, competitive pay rates and possible project extensions makes this a wonderful employment opportunity for Welders of varied experience.
Responsibilities
Weld small and large components such as copper plumbing, beams, and pipelines.
Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job.
Maintain and repair all machinery.
Assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors.
Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes.
Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.
