**The role
In the Product Manager - Availability and Sourcing role, you will bring the BIG W purpose and strategy to life by partnering with the Digital Leadership Team, Product team, Development teams and business stakeholders to deliver BIG W's strategic initiatives via eCommerce platforms that will contribute to turbocharging our eCommerce experience for both team, customers and growing our revenues
**Main accountabilities
- Lead continual improvement and strategy for our ecommerce product availability and sourcing squad
- Champion user and technology needs, pain points, user impact and desired outcomes for features; and the up and down stream technologies
- Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among conflicting business priorities; Manage expectations of stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams (eg technology, ecommerce, site merchandising, digital assets and photography, digital content, pricing) and external partners to define milestones and ensure on-time, in-scope, and within budget delivery
- Together with the business teams define, document and prioritise epics, stories, acceptance criteria and release mapping with consideration and managing of dependencies and early benefit realisation
- Identification of stakeholders who can support the team during solution delivery and facilitation of their involvement
- Working with Business Analysts and the Development team to formulate and communicate solution options to the business and squad
- Maintain a roadmap for your area and lead squads to deliver against prioritised roadmap
- Keeping the stories within the backlog up to date and as the detail expands and evolves
- Partner with external vendors and internal Woolworths Group teams to scope, architect and deliver new capability and integrating into our existing Technology architecture
- Drive training, documentation and change management required to embed those initiatives.
- Ensure thorough end to end testing has been completed following release management best practices
- Actively manage the risks, timelines and dependencies associated with the delivery of Digital initiatives. Seek active feedback and pivot as required. Ensure transparency of key decisions, progress and risks/issues at all times
- Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce continual process, tool and methodology improvements
- **Be people focused **Bring the broader teams on the journey. Ensure team capability is developed, launched and embedded in a scaleable, sustainable way
- **Be results focused **Monitor performance and customer insights, lead implementation reviews and drive initiative continuous improvement. Spot and act on opportunities to extend and iterate on existing experience capability.
- **Be a digital champion **Educate and support the digital capability development of our teams. Act as an advocate for our capability and products across the BIG W.
- **Be a collaborative innovator **Drive and foster an innovative team environment to maximise the contribution of business SMEs and the Squad. Partner with Scrum Master and Team to collaborate, problem solve and deliver initiatives in an effective and efficient manner.

**Core career experiences and skills
- Ecommerce platforms experience
- Microservice experience
- Integration and API experience
- Product Availability and Sourcing experience as a Senior BA, Product Owner or Scrum Master
- Previous Experience as a known and trusted business partner in a fast paced environment
- Critical and inquisitive thinker
- Commercial acumen
- Working E2E - Collaborating with Business stakeholders, Squads and other PO to deliver business outcome
