Customer Experience Specialist
The role of Customer Experience Specialist is a key part of our team at Australia's largest privately owned and fastest-growing homewares and kitchenware retailer. Our aim is to always deliver stylish and current collections of bed linen, bath towels and home decor, underpinned by only the best quality fabrications and second-to-none customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
* Drive a customer-centric culture through leading by example and fostering meaningful store experiences.
* Develop the talent within your team and drive financial sales, profit, and productivity by achieving targets set by the business.
* Showcase expertise in Visual Merchandising by crafting a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere that effortlessly grabs customers’ attention.
* Oversight of store rostering and wage expenses with a sharp emphasis on commercial acumen.
* Effective management of stock (up to 20kg) in a fast-paced environment ensuring seamless service delivery to customers.
* Closely track store sales performance recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement – communicate findings to peers and senior management.
* Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals to join the organization.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager.
* A passion for the retail industry is a must.
* Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
* Operational excellence experienced across stock control & visual merchandising.
