Position Description, Main Duties :
Arrange the conduct of real estate transactions such as sales and leasing
Assist buyers to find suitable properties
Follow-up enquiries with sellers or buyers or real property, or property owners
Prepare contract of sales
Prepare correspondence with sellers and buyers
Prepare comparative market analysis
Monitor buyer call backs and follow up agents to ensure completion
Prepare vendor reports and present to principle and follow up agents to ensure completion
Prepare weekly sales reports and action plans
Assist with property inspections including sign boards, maintaining attendee lists from property inspections, opening and closing houses after inspection
Assist with auctions of real property or businesses to the extend permitted under real estate law
Follow-up sale process activities, including building and pest inspections, searches, and progress of the conveyance process
