Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
* Craft detailed HR reports and dashboards, translating data into compelling stories that aid strategic decision-making.
* Conduct in-depth analyses of HR trends, uncovering patterns that inform future initiatives in talent management and workforce planning.
* Work alongside HR partners to support data needs, delivering relevant and actionable insights.
* Engage in data-driven projects, contributing to predictive models and advanced analytics to stay at the forefront of HR tech.
The experience we're looking for
* Solid background in HR analytics within a corporate setting, with a knack for presenting complex data sets clearly.
* Comfortable with a variety of analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, coupled with precise analytical skills.
* Exceptional communication skills – you're as good with people as you are with numbers.
* A thorough understanding of HR processes and principles, ready to tackle new challenges head-on.
* Proven track record working independently and as an integral part of a dynamic team.
