* Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and compliance with company policies.
* Strategic Planning: Analyze store performance and implement action plans to maximize profitability.

* Proven leadership experience (2+ years) in a customer‐facing retail or sales environment.
* Confidence in engaging customers and delivering an elevated experience.
