My client is part of a larger dealership group, and they are now looking for a Service Advisor to join their highly successful Mackay dealership. Working with their leading brand, you will bring strong knowledge to this role.

About the Role:
- Oversee 15–20 repair orders (ROs) per day
- Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the service process
- Support dealership targets in customer satisfaction and service performance
- Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure smooth operation of department
What We're Looking For:
- Senior-level experience in a dealership service advisor role
- Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and service processes
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Prior brand-specific experience is a plus but not essential
