We are currently seeking an experienced Export Operator to handle both Air and Sea Export operations, from booking to final destination.About the RoleThis is a customer-facing position where you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end export process.
Working closely with international and domestic carriers, clients, and internal teams, your day-to-day will include:Coordinating and managing the full export process – from customer liaison to departure.Working in a supportive team to achieve company goalsHandling bookings with international and local carriers.Preparing all required documentation in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.Maintaining strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas agents.Troubleshooting and resolving export-related issues in a timely manner.Accurately inputting data and manage job flow through CargoWise One.Financial literacy, including invoice calculations and job costing.Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in export processes.Completing general administrative duties as needed.About YouWe're looking for someone who not only enjoys working as part of team, but is also able to work independentlyProven experience in an export freight forwarding (air and/or sea) role is essential.A strong grasp of export logistics processes and compliance requirements.Proficiency in CargoWise One – a must-have for this role.High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Confidence in communicating with clients and global stakeholders.A proactive mindset and a strong team player attitude.Full unrestricted working rights - no sponsorship.
