Head Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Perth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring consistency and quality, while maintaining a positive and collaborative team culture.
About the Role
* Lead and manage a small team of trade-qualified chefs, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
* Develop and implement menu planning strategies that meet customer expectations and drive business growth.
* Oversee stock control, food safety compliance, and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
* Diploma of Hospitality or relevant experience.
* Supervisor Safe Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain.
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in bulk catering environments.
* National Police Clearance (valid within 3 months).
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
