Looking for your next HR leadership role in a dynamic, people-first organisation? This is an opportunity to step into a critical HR Manager position, working closely with an experienced SLT and a large, diverse workforce. You'll help shape the future of HR for one of Australia's most operationally complex, high-volume businesses.This is not your average HR Manager role. You'll be joining a privately owned, fast-paced manufacturing organisation with thousands of employees nationally across multiple sites nationally. Your remit will include leading major people initiatives, elevating HR practice, and embedding a true business partnering model across a complex and agile environment.
You'll work side by side with strong site-based leaders who engage HR early, value partnership, and are committed to creating a great workplace. The role is office-based with monthly travel to sites (more in the early stages to build relationships).
Job Description
* Delivering key people projects that drive better practice across the business
* Coaching and empowering a large team of HR Advisors, moving from reactive to proactive HR support
* Supporting the delivery of ER/IR strategies in a high-volume disciplinary environment
* Contributing to capability uplift across the people function
* Collaborating closely with recruitment, payroll, and training functions
* Reporting into the Head of HR, acting as a trusted advisor to Site Managers and operational leaders

The Successful Applicant
* A Senior HR Business Partner of Manager with some HR leadership experience in high-volume, agile environments like retail, FMCG, or manufacturing or other blue collar sectors
* A practical operator who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves
* High trust, transparent, and direct communicator
* Strong ER experience essential
