As a Pedagogy Coach, you will be expected to:
* Collaborate with teachers to implement high-impact teaching strategies that enhance student engagement, access, independence, and resilience.
* Build staff capability in the design, implementation, and reflection of effective teaching and learning practices.
* Observe, model, and coach teachers in the use of high-impact instructional strategies to strengthen professional capability and improve classroom outcomes.
* Participate in Classroom Profiling sweeps and present data to staff to inform schoolwide practice.
* Demonstrated experience in coaching and Classroom Profiling is desirable.
