We are an allied health business supporting individuals and couples through their fertility, pregnancy, and reproductive health journeys. We believe in compassionate, evidence-based care that integrates nutrition, psychology, counselling, and other allied health disciplines — creating a space where clients feel supported emotionally and physically.
As part of our expansion, we are seeking passionate Psychologists and Counsellors to join our national team.
Candidates must hold either psychology or counselling qualifications to be eligible for this position.
We're looking for experienced, client-focused practitioners to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care for clients experiencing:
- Fertility challenges and IVF-related stress
- Pregnancy loss, grief, and perinatal anxiety
- Emotional wellbeing concerns around conception and family planning
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychological or counselling support tailored to fertility and women's health
- Conduct one-on-one sessions via telehealth
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards
- Collaborate with dietitians and other allied health professionals
- Participate in cross-referral pathways to build a steady client caseload
For Psychologists
- Current AHPRA registration (General or Clinical)
- Qualified indemnity insurance
- Experience in fertility, perinatal, or women's mental health (preferred)
For Counsellors
- Current PACFA or ACA registration
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Experience in fertility, grief, or trauma counselling
