Contact Centre Operators
Location: Ballarat
Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm | 100% on site
Start Date: ASAP | Short-term contract (approx. 1 month)
$38.01 per hour + Super
Hudson is recruiting multiple Contact Centre Operators to support a high‑volume customer service environment experiencing increased demand following the implementation of a new system. This short‑term opportunity will see you assisting a diverse customer base while helping the team manage a backlog of enquiries.
you will be supporting customers across the rental and property sector, including landlords, tenants and real estate agents, requiring a professional, clear and solutions‑focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer enquiries via live chat, email and potentially phone
* Provide clear, accurate information to landlords, tenants and real estate agents in line with guidelines and procedures
* Navigate a newly implemented system while working across multiple screens
* Accurately record customer interactions and update internal systems
* Manage high enquiry volumes while maintaining service quality
* Escalate complex or sensitive matters to senior staff when required
About You:
* Previous experience in contact centre or customer service roles
* Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new systems
* Ability to work across multiple digital platforms simultaneously
* Clear written communication skills and a calm, customer‑focused approach
* High attention to detail and data accuracy
* Available to work full‑time onsite for the duration of the assignment

Casual Loading
