About the role
Are you a strategic and commercially minded ticketing professional ready to take the reins on one of Australia's most exciting live music touring portfolios? Face to Face Touring, home to beloved touring brands including Red Hot Summer Tour, Summersalt and Sounds by the River, is looking for a Ticketing Manager to join the team in Perth.
What you'll be doing
* Ticketing strategy and planning: Lead the coordination of strategic and commercial ticketing plans for shows and tours, with a focus on maximising revenue and inventory efficiency.
* End-to-end ticketing management: Manage the full ticketing lifecycle, including on-sale builds, inventory holds, event day operations and post-event settlement.
* Inventory and pricing: Monitor daily ticket sales, assess pricing and allocation across premium, VIP and promotional channels, and proactively manage availability at all times.
* VIP and ancillary products: Work closely with the COO and Head of Tour Marketing and Ticketing to maximise VIP packaging, travel packages and other revenue‐driving opportunities.
* Partner and stakeholder coordination: Integrate partner pre‐sales, manage allocated ticketing, and maintain day‐to‐day relationships with ticket agents, venues, artist agents and partners.
* Accessible and inclusive ticketing: Ensure all ticket builds incorporate accessible seating, Auslan and other inclusion requirements, alongside guest list and box office management at venues.
What you'll bring
* Ticketing experience: Solid background in ticketing operations within the live music, touring or events industry, with strong knowledge of inventory management and on‐sale processes.
* Commercial acumen: A sharp eye for revenue opportunities, with experience in pricing strategy, VIP packaging and maximising ancillary income.
* Analytical mindset: Confident working with sales data and reporting, using insights to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
* Stakeholder management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners including agents, venues and ticket platforms.
* Attention to detail: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tours and deadlines simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment.
