Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and helping the team deliver on key performance indicators. This includes succession planning your team members to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
The execution of visual merchandising in-store is also crucial, along with the ability to make commercial decisions using your discretion. You will need to understand stock management processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to team members are essential skills for this role.
* Analyzing reports to make informed commercial decisions that drive business growth is also necessary.
