Trend Windows & Doors, a leader in the national building products industry, and take full responsibility for delivering a sustainable and profitable business nationally for commercial operations and locally for the Queensland region.
This senior leadership role has full P&L accountability for revenue and EBITDA, including sales, service, and operational functions. You will also have dotted-line oversight of all commercial functions (supply and install) across the Trend business and, in conjunction with the Trend leadership team, develop strategies to grow this business.
As part of the Trend leadership team, you will contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the business while managing large operational manufacturing plants and showrooms with just over 120 employees.

About You
* Proven leader with multi-site, multi-functional experience in a national organisation.
* Expertise in operational excellence, lean methodologies, and commercial strategy.
* Collaborative influencer with strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
* Customer-focused, systems-savvy, and resilient decision-maker.
* Diploma or higher qualification in engineering/ materials or related discipline (Bachelor’s/Master’s desirable).
