About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth and expansion through strategic direction for our parts and services area.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and executing strategies to expand genuine parts and services offerings.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering agreed annual targets for part sales and consolidated gross profit, driving volume growth and strategic direction.
You will also oversee Service and Marine Competency Development activities, ensuring excellence in our operations.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealer networks, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Analyze and present monthly financial reports on trends and forecasts for parts, services, warranty, claims, and retail development, informing business decisions and strategy.
Drive the development and growth of Parts and Accessories through Service Market operations, collaborating with dealership management to maximize customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand genuine Volvo Penta Parts and Services offerings, targeting key customers and dealer networks.
