About Homes NT is seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, bookkeeping duties, and supporting daily business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record management
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain financial reports as directed
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client communication
- Maintain office supplies and support daily office operations
- Provide administrative and accounts support to management
- Other duties as reasonably requested
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in administration and/or bookkeeping preferred
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
