Our client is one of the most established tier 3 builders in Melbourne, with a national presence that focuses on new build & refurbishment projects up to $50m.
Due to a couple of high-value projects beginning soon in the Eastern Suburbs, our client will be looking to bring on an experience safety coordinator to operate on a $50m project.
To be considered for the role, you must have commercial construction experience in a Safety Coordinator role. You'll also have strong on-site training experience, be able to build a positive rapport with site teams through coaching & mentoring and be extremely resilient.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
* Minimum of Cert IV in WH&S
* 7 + years experience
* Construction WH&S experience
* Experience in a Safety Officer/Coordinator role
* Must have experience in labouring/ operating - tickets in forklift, telehandler, etc highly desired
* Commercial new build experience
* Experience of both EBA & Non-EBA work sites
