Health Programs Coordinator Role Overview
This role plays a pivotal part in the development and implementation of clinical education initiatives for primary healthcare professionals. The Health Programs Coordinator will collaborate across various program areas, including alcohol and other drugs, mental health, aged care, palliative care, and chronic conditions.

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver clinical education aligned with Primary Health Tasmania's strategies.
