This role involves driving recent business development and strategic partnerships, overseeing technology implementations, and optimizing the performance of existing operations.
Additionally, the Regional Director will manage and inspire the local team, ensuring commercial targets, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.Main ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy & ExpansionDefine and execute the growth plan in the Asia-Pacific region.Develop new business opportunities with airlines, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders.Negotiate and close strategic commercial agreements to strengthen the company's market presence.Operational Oversight & ImplementationsOversee and coordinate the delivery of technology implementation projects, ensuring compliance with standards, timelines, and budgets.Monitor the performance of existing clients and design improvement initiatives.Collaborate closely with product, technology, and support teams to ensure successful client experiences.Leadership & Team ManagementLead, develop, and motivate the regional team by setting clear objectives and performance metrics.Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and creative culture.Coordinate with other regions to share best practices and ensure strategic alignment.What are we looking forA seasoned entrepreneur leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior commercial, operations, or business development roles within the aviation, travel, or travel-tech industries and proven track record in market expansion and strategic
