DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire multiple skilled and passionate Warehouse Operator, Freight Forwarding in Goulburn.
The Warehouse Operator plays an integral part in the logistic supply chain, ensuring stock is received, stored, and dispatched in a safe and timely manner as required and that all associated paperwork is completed as per procedures. The Warehouse Operator will also be required to assist with the loading/unloading of trucks as directed by the Warehouse Manager or Team lead. This role requires precision in managing diverse cargo types, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to the smooth flow of freight in and out of the facility.
Your typical day at DSV:
* Unloading/loading of vehicles and movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
* Operate forklifts both counterbalance & High reach to move cargo/stock.
* Pack and unpack containers.
* Follow procedures, maintain cleanliness, and do daily safety checks.
* Maintain a safe work environment and meet KPIs/targets
* Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items as required.
* Team player with good communication and organisation skill.
About you:
* Team player with strong collaboration skills.
* Experience in a similar role within freight forwarding and logistics roles.
* Holds a valid forklift licence with proven operating experience.
* Flexible with working hours, including availability for overtime.
