Key Responsibilities:

* Calendar management to ensure time is managed according to priorities
* Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address issues
* Organise meetings and events – team meetings, offsites, workshops, team conferences, and functions
* Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
* Email inbox management - sorting incoming emails and actioning responses where possible
* Prepare reports and presentations
* Collaborate with EA cohort to streamline portfolios and meetings
* Travel bookings and coordination
* Coding invoices for approval

Requirements:

* Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Mission
* 5+ years' experience supporting C-suite executives
* Advanced computer skills / knowledge
* Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate and work well with others
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands and work to deadlines
* Ability to plan and organise meetings, office events, and guest hospitality
* Ability to plan cost-effective travel and accommodation
* Demonstrates initiative, resilience and flexibility
