Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.
You will also work closely with B2B partners and encompassing all aspects of BD, marketing and recruitment.
Managing the agents in their region allocated and develop a recruitment and marketing strategy. To position LCI
as a preferred Partner for students seeking overseas education.
Responsibilities:
* Business Development
o Identification and development of Agent Partner Network.
o Development of strong relationships with key accounts to improve productivity.
o Regular knowledge and Webinar attendance, to achieve/exceed targets and work effectively on KPIs.
o Daily/Weekly progress reports to The Head of Sales.
o Ensure a strong knowledge of the requirements of the Agent partners are met.
* Marketing
o Liaise with Agent Partner for Market Intel and follow best practices.
o Ensure timely circulation of all marketing collateral to our partners.
o Implement and monitor global best practice to plan and track effective recruitment and marketing campaigns.
* Recruitment
o Forecast, establish and execute recruitment plans to achieve our recruitment goals.
o Coordinate annual and long-range business plans, including incentive schemes and marketing proposals.
o Management of the Business Unit and monitoring business results and cost effectiveness (Marketing, travel and incentives).
o Assist The Head of Sales to enhance our Agent Partner network and to ensure efficient and effective enrolment practices.
Requirements:
* At least 2-4 years of experience in B2B market or a related field.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
