The Position
We are hiring a Service & Parts Coordinator to join our team based at Yatala. This is a full-time, permanent position suited to someone with experience in the transport industry.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Workshop admin & invoicing
Fleet admin
Parts ordering & collection
Coordinate with Workshop, Compliance & Operations managers
Essential Skills and Experience:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Gearbox fleet management software (preferred, however training can be provided for right candidate)
Punctual
Ability to jump between tasks
