The Mountain Heritage Hotel located in Katoomba in the majestic Blue Mountains is currently looking for Food & Beverage Attendants who are passionate about delivering great service and can delight our guests every day.
While we would love to meet people with experience, the only thing that is essential is your ability to smile, be reliable for each and every shift and be ready to create an amazing experience for our guests.
Position: Food and Beverage Attendant
Location: Hotel Mountain Heritage and Falls Mountain Retreat
Must Be available: Friday and Saturday nights for dinner service
Pay: in accordance with Level 2 HIGA Award
Essential Criteria to be considered for this role:
* Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification (essential)
* Barista experience (desirable)
* Restaurant/Cafe experience (desirable)
* Flexibility to work around a varying roster
* Exceptional customer service skills
* A positive & professional attitude
* Energetic and fit to keep up in a fast-paced role
* A good communicator and team player
* Willingness to learn different sections & cuisines
* Has a high level of personal morale and appearance
* A positive and calm attitude
