Account Management Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Account Manager, responsible for overseeing and growing a high-performing delivery team.
* Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of projects in line with policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
* Oversee project performance and ensure successful outcomes while enhancing our reputation.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and delivery alignment.
* Manage financials, cost controls, and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Partner with talent acquisition and people development teams to support workforce planning and engagement.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to business growth.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or similar, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience.
* Background in project management or consulting.
* Ability to obtain relevant security clearances.
