What you'll do:

* Conduct comprehensive on-boarding processes for new contractors, ensuring they are fully informed about products, services, and compliance requirements.
* Provide responsive user support for inbound queries related to the Comply-Works system via phone, email, live chat, or scheduled meetings.
* Manage contractor portfolios by maintaining accurate status records and facilitating renewals to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
* Monitor system errors proactively and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently while keeping clients updated throughout the process.
* Complete daily administrative data capturing tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date client engagement records for both inbound and outbound activities.

To excel as a Customer Service Representative at Veriforce, your background should reflect proven experience in customer-facing roles where your ability to empathise with clients has set you apart. Your fluency in both Bahasa and English enables you to bridge cultural gaps effortlessly while supporting users across various platforms.

What you bring:

* Proficiency in both Bahasa (Indonesian) and English languages is essential; you must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages to facilitate clear communication with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* A minimum of two year's experience in customer support roles where you have demonstrated your ability to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
* At least one year of experience working remotely or from home environments where self-motivation and time management were key contributors to your success.
* Familiarity with contact centre operations including telephonic support and live chat interactions that require empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns.
* Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client information, tracking engagement history, and generating performance reports.
