This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with customers, vendors and internal delivery teams to shape strategic solutions and drive meaningful outcomes.
In this role you will:
* Lead customer conversations aligned with network observability challenges.
* Shape solution direction, scope, and commercial proposals aligned to customer needs
* Engage with customer stakeholders, articulating value and solution outcomes
* Develop solution recommendations built on Cisco Splunk and related Cisco technologies
* Work closely with delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and work effort
* Support sales pipeline development, forecasting and opportunity progression
* Contribute to relevant sales activities, staff training and enablement, and vendor relationships.
About You
* Strong pre-sales or consulting experience with implementation experience
* Ability to build credibility with customers
* Experience leading workshops and solution discussions
* Commercially aware with strong solution shaping and opportunity development capability
* Solid understanding of Splunk technology, ideally with Cisco networking experience
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
