About the Role
This role will report through to our Warehouse Team Lead and will work alongside the members of the warehouse. The Warehouse team forms part of our greater Inventory Planning team which encompasses Material Control, Material Planning, a Logistics Engineer and SAP Master Data Specialists.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will work in a growing team to ensure all goods to our site are unloaded, received, checked, stored and picked in a safe and timely manner. You will work collaboratively with the Inventory, Quality and Production teams to ensure all teams are aligned. This role will be a full‐time position at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence in a still‐new and well‐maintained warehouse.
As a Warehouse Operator, you can anticipate some of your day‐to‐day tasks to include:
* Unloading freight from trucks and receiving incoming goods;
* Checking for damages and for discrepancies between goods and invoices;
* Re‐packing goods as well as picking / packing / put‐aways into racking; and
* Ensuring accurate documentation, labelling and storing of product is adhered to.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
* Proven experience working in a large warehouse environment;
* SAP system experience (desirable) or large ERP system experience;
* Competent in the Microsoft Office suite;
* Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
