Well established Financial Services provider is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Your new role You will be in a critical role within the Information Technology (IT) team, accountable for managing the collation, validation and traceability of business requirements for a complex and new project, from initiation through to completion. This role will manage and lead business analysis activities, outputs on the project, and will need to steer the direction, quality and outputs of business analysts assigned to the project. Your key responsibilities will include: Collection, validation, and documentation of core business requirements Contract Management Systems/Finance System experience Shape and refine requirements to leverage as much Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) functionality as possible Work closely with stakeholders to challenge legacy systems, processes, and assumptions, focusing on shaping requirements to fit the capability of the new systems Engage with business units to ensure a clear understanding of the must-have requirements that reflect core business functions Conduct workshops and meetings to elicit and clarify requirements, pushing for business process alignment with the new systems and eliminating outdated workflows Work with business units to shape business processes that align with new system functionalities When deemed necessary, document and map current business processes What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
