About the Role
As a Membership Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping prospective members discover their health and fitness goals and matching them with the perfect membership options. You'll be proactive in generating leads, representing World Gym Bibra Lake with professionalism and enthusiasm, and working toward both individual and team sales targets.
What You'll Be Doing
* Connect & Engage: Proactively reach out to leads through phone, email, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
* Lead the Tour: Deliver engaging club tours and confidently present membership options.
* Grow the Community: Generate new leads and build referral networks within the local area.
* Support the Club: Assist with front desk duties, retail sales, and general admin.
* Amplify Our Brand: Help with social media engagement and marketing activities.
* Ensure Excellence: Follow club policies and deliver outstanding member experiences every time.
Who We're Looking For
* Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets with confidence.
* Confident Communicator: Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive & Resilient: A self-starter who embraces challenges and takes initiative.
* Organised & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and administration; experience with GymSales, Debit Success, and Clubware is a big plus
* Passionate About Fitness: Genuine interest in health, fitness, and helping others live better lives.
