An exciting opportunity has opened for a driven Marketing Coordinator to support a group of high-performing agents across one of Sydney's most desirable property markets. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering standout marketing campaigns — from property launches and social media through to brand initiatives and PR exposure. This is the perfect role for someone with 2–3 years experience in marketing, sales administration, EA or PA roles who loves working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a premium brand.
Monday – Friday role. No weekends. Real work-life balance.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns for property listings across digital, print and social platforms
* Working alongside the Marketing Manager to execute creative campaigns and brand initiatives
* Creating and scheduling engaging social media content to grow brand presence
* Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
* Supporting agent profiling campaigns and brand-building projects
* Tracking campaign performance, PR coverage and engagement metrics
* Managing marketing budgets, invoicing and campaign spend
* Liaising with agents, designers, media partners and suppliers to ensure campaigns run smoothly
What We're Looking For
* At least 2-3 years experience in marketing, sales administration, EA or PA roles (within real estate)
* Understanding of the sales process from listing through to completion
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
* A keen eye for detail and passion for marketing
* Experience with Canva and Mailchimp highly regarded
