ABOUT THE ROLE Due to recent expansion into the inner Melbourne suburb of Abbotsford our client now offers a unique opportunity for you to become part of their store management team.
The role offers autonomy and responsibility to the right person, backed up by dedicated, ongoing and experienced management support.
Previous self-storage experience is not necessary.
Sales experience, however, will be highly regarded and full training will be given at the company's flagship facility in Moorabbin.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE This is an interesting and varied Mon-Fri role which will draw on your excellent customer service, admin and sales skills as you:-handle enquiries with a smile from existing and new customers, and provide excellent customer service.maintain accurate customer and inventory records in our systemsmanage monthly rental collection and overdue accounts in line with proceduresensure the facility is clean, safe and well-presented at all times.be the face of the business by delivering friendly, confident customer care.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE To be successful in this role you will need a range of practical skills and experience including:- prior experience in an office environment where customer satisfaction is paramountfast accurate typingexperience in retail or customer-facing industriesflawless written and spoken Englisha clear, confident telephone mannerstrong admin and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Officeexperience in (or an aptitude to learn/use/update) our CRM software.A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle.
