CASUAL EVENTS SERVICES SUPERVISORS
About The Role
Join our Event Services Team and work across an array of Events! From large conferences to exhibitions and live events, you will be at the Centre of the action. You will ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients exceeding their expectations.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients during events, promptly addressing enquiries and ensuring all requests are managed effectively
* Monitor operational activities, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that arise
* Communicate and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth event operations
* Ensure all work activities, relevant information and debrief notes are recorded in the Event Management System
