With US expansion on the horizon and aggressive growth targets ahead, we need a Sales Manager who's ready to build something big.
This isn't a maintenance role. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity to shape and scale a high-performing sales team inside a business that moves fast and thinks big.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the sales function. That means leading sales teams, driving B2B and B2C strategy, and building the systems, playbooks, and culture that take us to the next level.
You'll be responsible for coaching and developing sales team leaders and specialists, driving high-value commercial deals across B2B channels including gyms, schools, councils, and sporting clubs, building and refining scalable sales playbooks, owning recruitment, onboarding, and training for the sales team, partnering with Marketing and Operations to align on growth initiatives, and using CRM and pipeline data to find gaps, fix them, and improve conversion rates.
This is a full-time, in-office role based on the Gold Coast.
About You
You've led sales teams before, ideally through a growth phase. You coach, you don't micromanage. You're obsessed with data but you know how to motivate people. You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment where things change quickly and the bar is high.
Specifically, you bring proven experience leading and scaling a sales team, strong B2B sales expertise (B2C experience is a bonus), a coaching first leadership style with a team first mindset, confidence working with CRM systems and using data to drive decisions, sharp commercial thinking and clear communication, and a hands on, no ego attitude suited to a high growth business.
A passion for fitness and wellness is a huge plus, but what we really care about is your ability to lead, build, and deliver.
