Nestled in the heart of the Currumbin Valley, The Valley Estate is a truly bespoke and luxurious destination, renowned for its impeccable presentation and breath-taking surrounds. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Grounds & Maintenance Team, in the role of Horticulturist, with both full-time and casual positions available.
About the Role
As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the elegance and beauty of our estate and gardens. The position involves ensuring the plants, hedges, lawns, and manicured gardens across our 9-acre Estate present at their best, always :
* Pruning, hedging, clipping, mulching, planting
* Assisting with landscaping, and gardening work
* Ensuring the estate remains immaculate and guest-ready at all times
About You
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team that values attention to detail and excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in horticulture is a must - qualifications will be looked upon highly
* A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
* The ability to work early mornings and weekends (essential)
* Physical fitness
* A proactive and positive attitude
