We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workplace Operations Lead to join our team and help us maintain and enhance our facilities. As the Bank's Workplace Facilities Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, functional, and conducive to a productive work environment. You will work closely with various departments to address their needs and ensure our facilities meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.- Oversee the work of facilities staff and external contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.- Lead, guide and develop individuals and teams to effectively achieve efficient, safe and sustainable outcomes- Monitor and manage budgets, including tracking expenses and optimising cost-efficiency.- Manage effectively key stakeholders and service providers to ensure a great customer experience is achieved- Oversee and deliver workspace, property and security services that contribute to the departments goals- Identify and respond to incident, issues, risks and opportunities, ensuring appropriate processes are in place- Lead the response services for all reactive workplace requests

Skills & Experience- Experience in facilities management- Knowledge of property related compliance and demonstrated understanding of responsibilities in relation to health and safety- Familiarity with area specific relevant policies, systems and processes and ability to help others understand and follow them- Knowledge in managing contracts and service providers- Experience in budgeting and forecasts- Knowledge in risk management processes. Ability to identify and record risks and recommend improvements to overcome business and operational risks.- Demonstrated time management skills, organisational skills and problem-solving skills including resolving challenging and contentious issues in a timely manner.- Stakeholder management strategies to ensure communication is timely & informative- Ability to lead, direct and guide the work of others including the setting of goals and prioritising the work to achieve operational results
