This is a key position responsible for ensuring customers receive expert warranty and product support for high-end home audio equipment, and in particular, bringing faulty products back to life.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and repairs across a wide range of luxury audio products.Some of your responsibilities will include:Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair premium audio products such as headphones, speakers, amplifiers, DACs, and turntables.Accurately record work through an ERP systemHandle warranty enquiries across phone, email, chat, ticketing systems, and social platforms.Provide remote troubleshooting support and lodge warranty claims.Maintain explicit communication with customers and suppliers throughout warranty processes.Ensure all work meets internal standards of quality and safety.Represent and support the brand's product range with expert knowledge.About YouThe successful candidate will have:2+ years' experience in a service repair technician role within the audiovisual fieldRelevant electrical qualifications, and a strong understanding of electronics and AV equipmentDemonstrable skill and confidence in AV equipment repair, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault-finding (including soldering and board and component-level repair)Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteYou will also have:Excellent verbal and written communicationHigh level of attention to detailThe ability to multitask and prioritiseA positive, customer-focused attitudeThe ability to work well independently and in a team environmentWhat's in it for You?
