With well over a decade of experience delivering a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, our client is now seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead on-site operations, manage construction progress, and ensure the successful delivery of each project.

The Role
* Site Manager joining a well established team
* Managing ITP's', quality, safety and trade relations onsite
* Reviewing and completing documentation on internal construction software
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Manage programme including look ahead's and effectively communicating changes
* Full time role joining a well resourced team with a good name in the market
* As site manager you will take responsibility for all on site duties running your own projects end to end
Experience/Qualifications Required
* A stable track record in supervision of new build commercial construction and residential projects up to $15m
* Current First Aid Certificate required
* QBCC Site Supervisor License
* Drivers license + White Card required
* An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
* Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
* A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
* A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
