The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical chemistry and microbiology, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share in the IVD industry. What you will do IVD sales strategy and business planning: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on clinical chemistry and microbiology product lines. Manage sales pipelines to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Track and report sales performance (CRM), providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies. Relationship management – build and strengthen productive relationships with key customers and internal/external stakeholders, including but not limited to clinicians, procurement teams and other healthcare professionals. Business development & market expansion – identify, develop and close new business opportunities to expand Fujifilm's market presence. Product, market & technical expertise - maintain advanced knowledge of Fujifilm product portfolios and competitive landscapes. Manage commercial operations and strategic planning - ensure effective commercial operations and alignment with Fujifilm's strategic goals, budget planning, strategic planning and commercial operations with efficient commercial processes; accurate reporting; regulatory compliance. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IVD sales (Oceania), with a focus on clinical chemistry and microbiology. Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share. Strong knowledge of IVD products, clinical chemistry and microbiology markets and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Willingness to travel frequently across Oceania.
