We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset, be willing to learn, and possess excellent communication and listening skills. We are willing to train the right candidate, and focus more on attitude than experience.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers in selecting the right flooring products for their needs and budget
* Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
* Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales, preferably in the flooring industry
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
* Knowledge of different types of flooring products and installation processes is a plus
