Support Specialist Role
We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience and need a passionate individual to join our team in Rockhampton.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
* Work with tickets submitted, resolving some on your own and collaborating/escalating with other teams as needed.
* Troubleshoot or escalate issues while communicating clearly and proactively until resolved.
* Communicate with customers through various channels.
* Support on a shift basis covering between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.
