We have an exciting opportunity for a growth minded Performance Marketing Manager to deliver on significant new business growth targets, in a highly successful global SaaS company.
You will have ownership of our paid media channels, managing the end-to
- end paid campaigns across multiple global markets and languages.
You will have a proven track record for optimising for return on spend and ensure that you have top notch tracking, measurement, attribution and optimisation cadence to deliver on the strategy.
Working with other specialists within the demand generation team you will also plan digital programs to support both eCommerce digital acquisition and lead generation to support the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities;
- Manage the day to day paid media plans and campaigns to achieve KPIs for SiteMinder and its related brands.
- Create, track and launch campaigns to support acquisition and conversion throughout the full marketing funnel with messages and re marketing on channels such as Google, Display, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other performance media channels as required.
- Daily optimisation across our key paid channels to ensure campaign performance is continually being improved & scaled.
- Manage approved budgets across channels, campaigns and markets as required.
- Regular reporting and performance monitoring of campaigns and initiatives such as daily pacing reports, spend against budget, conversion and acquisition metrics.
- Audience segmentation in order to reach target audiences and converting on paid channels to generate Marketing Qualified leads that convert into sales opportunities at an optimal cost per acquisition.
- Get into the detail of our top performing ads and share learnings with the wider team so we're constantly finding ads/messages that work and provide great returnsIdentify opportunities for testing across ad copy, creative and landing pages and optimising based on findings to improve performance.
- An understanding of competitor activity and making recommendations based on competitor plays and behaviours to keep SiteMinder and its related brands in competitive positions.
- Actively manage assigned campaigns, ensuring hygiene and advanced optimisation tactics are implemented on a regular basis.
- Ensure consistency of our brands and messaging as well as our audiences' personas and pain points are delivered through the online experience.
- Work with Studio, Web and partner agencies to deliver accurate, succinct briefing for deliverables (creative, campaigns etc)
Who we are looking for;
- We are looking for a switched on seasoned digital marketer with proven success in paid media roles. You will have expertise in performance marketing and have a strong understanding of the funnel to make relevant recommendations by the journey from brand awareness and traffic, to conversion across the funnel.
- Strong track record and hands-on success in a performance or paid media management role4+ years experience in a high growth business, preferably Saas. Agency experience also of interest.

- Experience scaling paid channels with proven success in keeping CACs low Strong background in SEM, with experience using a bid management tool such as Google SA360 or similar.
- Strong understanding of tracking methodologies & knowledge of attribution models, approaches.
- Demonstrated results in testing and scaling new channels Ability to make data lead insights and recommendations backed by strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools eg GA, data studio, spreadsheets
- Ability to analyse performance and forecasting of all paid media channels together
- Strong understanding of website journeys and conversion rate optimisation principles and methodologies If you can craft copy and messaging to bring paid media ads to life then that's highly desirable.
- A great collaborator with experience working with multiple stakeholders within a business to present plans, obtain feedback and share insightsExperience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM desirableOn top of your game with best practice, technologies and trends.
