We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Coordinator to join our client's team on a 12-month contract.
This role is pivotal in managing the operational delivery of a national battery resilience program, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality across all activities.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Oversee creation and national assignment of battery works to suppliers.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to meet reporting and compliance requirements.
Operational Support: Manage program reporting and ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environment standards.
Initiate battery job orders, manage stock replenishment, approve supplier invoices and conduct on-site quality checks.
Liaise with landlords for site access and provide technical SME support to contractors.
Project Coordination: Lead ad-hoc projects and support the National Manager Berrinba.
