: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (no weekends)

Remuneration
: $100-120K + superannuation + vehicle
The Role:
Working collaboratively with management, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, supervising staff, and coordinating jobs to ensure targets are met in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Automotive Painter
* Previous Automotive Paint Workshop/Management experience
* Strong knowledge of panel beating, spray painting and vehicle repairs
* Proven success supervising and leading teams to achieve objectives
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and service with a continuous improvement focus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple and conflicting tasks
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence
* FULL Australian Working Rights
