ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing contractor delivering major industrial and commercial design & construct projects in Perth, WA. This role will see you leading large-scale industrial build projects up to $75M, managing the full project lifecycle from design coordination through to construction delivery. Main Duties Manage industrial and commercial D&C projects up to $75M Deal directly with clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships Manage the design process as part of the D&C delivery model Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple projects Manage subcontractors and oversee construction activities Monitor project budgets, costs, risks, and commercial outcomes Ensure contractual compliance and manage project documentation Develop and maintain project programs and schedules Drive safety leadership and ensure compliance with Australian standards and regulations Provide proactive problem-solving and balanced decision-making throughout project delivery Requirements Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field 10 years managing D&C construction projects Experience delivering large industrial and commercial projects Strong knowledge of warehousing, storage, and factory builds Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial and contractual understanding Skilled in managing and scheduling large building projects Knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations Commitment to safety and high-quality project delivery Benefits Competitive salary package $140,000 – $180,000 base super (negotiable depending on experience) Permanent long-term opportunity with a strong project pipeline Work on large-scale industrial and commercial projects across Australia Career growth within a growing and respected contractor Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to work alongside passionate industry leaders Apply Now Interested?
