We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Global) to lead the strategy, growth, and lifecycle of our products. This highly visible, enterprise role requires strategic clarity, strong commercial acumen, clinical empathy, and the ability to lead cross‐functional teams through complexity.
The Opportunity
You will own and evolve global product strategy—ensuring our solutions deliver meaningful value to patients, providers, and the business. Acting as the bridge between regions and headquarters, you will shape innovation priorities, drive commercial performance, and influence executive decision‐making.
Key Accountabilities
Product Strategy & Growth
* Define and execute global product strategy aligned to company objectives and market needs
* Translate customer insights into clear, prioritised roadmaps
* Identify growth opportunities through market and competitive analysis
Commercial Leadership
* Develop robust business cases, pricing strategies, and ROI models
* Prioritise initiatives balancing speed, investment, and regulatory complexity
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement
* Act as the primary global product contact for regions
* Influence senior stakeholders by connecting product decisions to business impact
* Build strong cross‐functional alignment across clinical, technical, and commercial teams
Execution & Lifecycle Management
* Lead products from concept through launch and post‐market optimisation
* Monitor product health and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
* 5–10 years' experience in product management, ideally within MedTech or regulated environments
* Proven success launching and managing complex products
* Strong financial and commercial acumen
* Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence without authority
* Exceptional communication skills, including executive‐level presentation experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field (MBA highly regarded)
