The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for understanding requirements and matching these to our high-quality services, whilst ensuring maximum client satisfaction. In addition, you will also need to be able to respond to RFI/RFPs, prepare proposals, deliver executive presentations, and negotiate with key stakeholders and decision makers. You will need to understand our clients' challenges and complexities and no two days will be the same.
This role is supporting existing account base and servicing existing clients and growing and servicing those accounts laterally and secondary converting warm leads which is new business that has been referred.
